There should be more done to raise awareness of mental health in students at uni, and show that it is ok to seek help OR JUST TALK. If I had the opportunities that students have today I would have known how to control my anxiety.

When I first went to uni, I worried about what others thought of me, I was anxious about everything and had no confidence. Had there have been places and people available to go and speak to I would have learnt what I know now and have felt a lot more in control and in turn a lot happier.

Don't let it bubble up, it's not worth it. Stop the stigma around asking for help. I'm not saying everything is perfect now, but I am able to know when I need to hit the reset button!
