Asian Eggs!


Asian Eggs
15 minutes | 1 portion | 425kcal
Ingredients | Wholewheat Noodles, Frylight, 2 Mushrooms, Garlic, Soy Sauce, 2 Spring Onion, 2 Eggs, 1tbsp Sesame Seeds
Slice mushrooms and add to pan with Frylight, Garlic and Soy Sauce. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Move mushrooms aside and crack 2 eggs into the same pan. 
Cook noodles as directed. 
Layer up onto plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onion & Soy Sauce. (Sometimes I add Edamame Beans if I have any in my freezer!)
